Identify Integrated Design Process: Communication
g that e-Builder will be the controlling platform for documentation, we seek to compliment E-Builder with which have proven to support the efficient day to day communications required to effectively communicate entire project team. Additionally, we would endorse the implementation of the “Choosing by Advantages” to lend logic and clarity when evaluating specific options or systems.
Our team is positioned and ready to play a significant role assisting with the development of the projects Integrated Design Process. Establishing a framework for collective visioning and goal setting to achieve the active, consistent and organized collaboration among MIT, DSR, Cambridge Historical Com ission, specialists, consultants, abutters and other stakeholders in effort to stimulate discussion and gather insight to optimize results, value, and efficiency, as well as reduce waste throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. The team is guided by transparent processes, principles of trust, collaboration, and the open sharing of information. Building upon the early contributions benefits of the IDP effort, the success of the project remains bound to the success of the team as a whole.
Building upon schedule development efforts initiated within Part 1 and Part 2 Services, our team will progress towards implementation of the schedule and subcontractor engagement in work plan commitments .
