We provide self-perform contracting and subcontracting services, fulfilling general and direct contracting needs for projects throughout Southern New England. We work directly for owners, construction managers, general contractors, and trade subcontractors on large and small-scale contracts. Our team specializes in managing the complex aspects of construction projects, which are often challenging to coordinate, source, and complete. We play a critical role in ensuring continuous schedule performance and safe operations.

Brian Johnson General Superintendent

Led by John Mastriano, General Manager, and Brian Johnson, General Superintendent, we work with our clients and project teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction. With over 27 years of industry expertise, John oversees Blakely’s operations, seamlessly guiding projects from preconstruction through construction, closeout, and warranty follow-up. John is also an Ex Officio Director for the AGC of Connecticut and is OSHA-30 certified. Brian diligently manages all aspects of trade personnel, overseeing scheduling, coordination, and material/equipment management to ensure the smooth execution of every project. His 30 years of industry experience along with his master carpentry experience allow him to support his team of carpenters with innovative and efficient solutions to projects.

This robust safety culture is reflected in our industry-leading EMR rating of 0.62, which is well below the average Every client is assured a team of professionals who are OSHA-30 certified, and all crew leaders are CPR and first aid certified. Additionally, all team members who operate a manlift or forklift have the necessary training, qualifications, and licenses.
