Construction is underway on the new residence hall. Named for Rev. Brian J. Shanley, PC’s 12th president, Shanley Hall is a six-story dormitory facility spanning 122,730 square feet, consisting of 82 suites for sophomores for 362 beds. The project consists of 6 stories of Girder Slab system construction with 8” Hollow Core Planks.
