101 College Street // New Haven, CT Size: 500,000 sf // Architect: Elkus-Manfredi Architects Winstanley Enterprises
Dimeo Construction Company was recently awarded a new 500,000 sf ten story office and life sciences research development facility located at 101 College Street in New Haven, CT. The building is designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects and in addition to the new building, will feature a parking area for 116 vehicles, loading docks at service drives and site improvements including a semi-public outdoor courtyard, sidewalks and streetscape improvements. Construction is set to begin in late summer 2020 with a 24 month duration.
New Corporate Campus // Johnston, RI Size: 425,000 sf // Architect: Elkus-Manfredi Architects Citizens Bank
Citizens Financial Group selected Dimeo Construction Company to serve as their construction manager for the new corporate campus on an undeveloped parcel of land west of I-295 in Johnston, RI. The campus includes approximately 425,000 sf of office and meeting space, collaborative work spaces, dining and fitness facilities — as well as a 1300 space parking garage, baseball fields, tennis and basketball courts, and trails that the local community will use. Approximately 3,000 employees occupy the new campus.

Corporate Office Parking Garage // Burlington, MA Size: 252,000 sf // Architect: SGA Oracle
The newest addition to Oracle’s four-building Burlington campus includes a four-story, 252,000 sf stand alone precast parking garage that holds 748 cars. The roof of the structure also contains a photovoltaic system that produces enough power to supply the campus with 70% of its energy needs.

Corporate Office Renovations // Burlington, MA Size: 125,000 sf // Architect: SGA Oracle
The newest addition to Oracle’s four-building Burlington campus consists of a five story structure with approximately 125,000 sf of office space, including conference rooms, private offices, open landscape cubicles and a small cafeteria. The project was completed in five months and achieved LEED gold rating.
Corporate Office Renovations // Warwick, RI Size: 366,000 sf // Architect: Woods Bagot Metlife
MetLife completed a phased interior renovations project at its office building located at 700 Quaker Lane, Warwick, RI, with approximately 366,000 rentable square feet. The project was intended to bring this building in line with MetLife’s workspace standards with new workstations, food service and fitness facility expansion and improvements, enhanced conference and huddle room spaces, and branding. The building houses approximately 1650 employees in a fresh, modern new environment.

Corporate Offices // Johnston, RI Size: 395,000 sf // Architect: Vision 3 Architects FM Global
FM Global, a FORTUNE 1000 company and one of the world’s largest commercial property insurers, commissioned Dimeo to manage the construction of their new corporate offices in Johnston, RI. The new 395,000 sf building makes more efficient use of space than FM Global’s former headquarters located nearby and allows for future growth. The four story building accommodates 1,100 employees and includes conference and board rooms as well as a Tier 3 Data Center and structured parking for 900 vehicles.
Northwoods Renovation // Johnston, RI Size: 338,000 sf // Architect: Margulies Peruzzi Architects FM Global
The renovations to FM Global’s former headquarters, known as Northwoods, will encompass 338,600 sf of highly efficient office space. Three independent entrances accommodate three major tenants, as well as many smaller ones, and amenities include a full service cafeteria with access to a landscaped deck overlooking a landscaped campus setting with a walking path and pond, showers, locker room & exercise facility, and 1300 parking spaces (expansion parking available as needed). A complete gut demo of the existing office building including all MEP— a completely new curtainwall system, MEP/FP systems, new entrances, bathroom cores, elevators and cafeteria/ server. New heating, cooling and electrical systems, as well as a new glass curtain wall help raise the building’s energy efficiency as the project achieved LEED Gold certification.

Office Renovations // Bloomfield, CT Size: 620,000 sf // Architect: Friar Associates Cigna
This fast-track renovation took place in an occupied environment and included 4,200 work stations, fitness area, library, file storage, consultant space, medical & video conferencing, a sales center, and major infrastructure improvements.

Corporate Office Facility // Providence, RI Size: 327,000 sf // Architect: SMMA Blue Cross Blue Shield Of RI
This thirteen (13) story office building plus a rooftop mechanical penthouse consists of 327,000 sf of open landscaped offices and private offices, seven elevators, two stair towers at the core, a cafeteria, and a small fitness center. The project has been designated as a LEED Gold certified building by USGBC.
470 Atlantic Avenue Renovations // Boston, MA Size: 400,000 sf // Architect: Bergmeyer Associates, Inc. Independence Wharf
Built in 1927, this 14-story, 370,000 sf office building underwent a rebirth to Class A office space with flexible floor plans, new lobby/restaurants, a 120-car parking garage located on the second floor, dramatic harbor and city views, and easy access to subway, commuter rail, water shuttle and bus routes. Dimeo’s project scope included interior and exterior demolition; asbestos abatement; site work; a new glass curtainwall façade; brick and pre-cast masonry; a new roof; new mechanical, electrical & fire protection systems; and interior lobby finishes.

Brighton, MA Size: 130,000 sf // Architect: ADD, Inc New Balance Corporate Headquarters
New Balance Corporate Offices consisted of tenant fit-up of approximately 100,000 sf, which encompasses five floors. Included in the scope of work were offices, reception areas, kitchens, multiple conference rooms and break rooms. All extensions of the shell and core services for fire protection, mechanical and electrical services were distributed and incorporated. This fit out also included an additional 15,000 sf outlet store and a 15,000 sf warehouse.
New Call Center, Data Center, and Parking // Woonsocket, RI Size: 290,000 sf // Architect: Cube 3 CVS Caremark
Dimeo built a new 2-story, LEED Gold office building which includes a 32,000+ sf data center, a full service cafeteria and training facilities. The 150,000+ sf building consists of a steel structure with metal panels, block veneer and curtain wall shell. The Data Center is designed with N+1 redundancy to ensure that it will stay operational through any situation and includes two 40,000 gallon underground storage tanks to support 3 on-site generators, 3 transformers, switchgear/ UPS vaults, extensive underground trenching for data and power cables, and a raised access floor system. This project also included a 4-story, precast parking garage for 427 cars with a glass enclosed bridge links the garage to the main building. Reserved parking areas for car pool vehicles and motorcycles are an integral part of the green design.
