Criterion Development Partners (CDP) transformed the parking lot at the corner of Washington Street and Arborway into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly, transit-oriented, mixed-use development with market-rate, affordable workforce housing and access to the Orange Line. The project comprised 250 units, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Of the 250 units, 13 are barrier-free, and six are sensory units.
