Apprenticeship Program Dimeo Construction Company has implemented New England’s first Construction Management Apprenticeship Program, with state approved programs in Massachusetts and Rhode Island (with a Connecticut program in the works). The program allows individuals to learn about the management side of construction and pursue a career as a professional leader in the industry. • Partnerships with pre-apprenticeship programs such as Buildings Pathways (MA), Building Futures (RI), and YouthBuild (MA and RI) • 3-year program, 6,635 hours of training (possibility of graduating early) • Weekly classroom training coupled with hands-on application in the field • An apprentice is a full-time Dimeo employee with benefits Internship Program • 30+ universities, colleges, and institutions engaged • 200+ resumes reviewed; 75-100 interviews conducted • Internships granted to 25+ individuals each year • Permanent hires 5-7 annually
