Service Capabilities As builders and construction managers, Dimeo Construction Company’s project delivery capabilities encompass serving as a traditional general contractor, construction manager at risk, and design builder. Our teams are adept at working under all three approaches, and their knowledge and experience are integrated into our comprehensive project delivery model. At the heart of this model are the professionals who provide a deep capability encompassing safety planning, estimating, design coordination, and value management. Processes for infection control and life safety planning, MEP coordination, schedule development, BIM and existing conditions surveying, sourcing/ procurement, and QAQC are all integral to our methodology with healthcare construction. Our teams also employ the latest approaches involving LEAN from the Last Planner System. Pull Planning, Target Value Design, and Design Assist in eliminating waste and achieving optimal value. Healthcare is perhaps the most complex type of construction providing no tolerance for miscommunication or error. Paul Aballo, Dimeo Vice President of Operations Comprehensive knowledge of the entire healthcare delivery model and how modern medical facilities function and are regulated is critical to the successful execution regardless of size. Dimeo healthcare special projects teams have completed work encompassing imaging facilities, infusion emergency surgical, radiology, laboratory, central service, patient room, and outpatient ambulatory facilities. Our healthcare project planners and field operations teams have developed a deep institutional knowledge. Our teams are well informed on Federal and State statutes, the Department of Health, Joint Commission JCAHO, ANSI, ASHRAE, ASHE, and NFPA standards governing healthcare construction. Dimeo healthcare teams are trained in the ASHRAE and NFPA regulations governing medical construction. Perhaps the most critical aspects of healthcare construction are the partnerships formed and the communications vital to the successful and safe execution of a project. Dimeo teams are skilled in building strong working relationships and communicating continuously about the execution of the work.

We understand that patient well-being and safety is priority #1. Therefore, we plan and execute, with patient care at the center of our approach. Dimeo Healthcare Senior Project Manager, Jimmy Bendokas
