Dimeo recently completed the new 140,000-sf School of Nursing at Providence College. Delivered on a fast-track schedule in just 14 months, the steel-frame building includes classrooms, a lecture hall, and faculty office space, supporting the college’s expanding academic programs in health sciences. Situated on an active and densely populated campus, the project required detailed logistical planning and close coordination to maintain safety and minimize disruption. Dimeo provided design assistance services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and structural frames and curtainwalls, contributing to collaborative and efficient delivery.
