The Dimeo team recently completed the new Garrahy Parking Garage, situated in downtown Providence, directly adjacent to the Garrahy Courthouse. This 417,000 sf parking garage, designed by Walker Parking Consultants, has one level of parking below ground level for the judges, and 6 stories above ground for court personnel as well as public parking. There is also roughly 5,000 sq ft of mercantile space on the ground floor along Richmond Street.
