“In Dimeo we have found the unique mix of skill, commitment, and professionalism, to accomplish these very demanding tasks. Dimeo’s management team, which we considered essential to the success of this complex proj- ect, assembled professional and highly skilled preconstruction and construction teams to oversee each individual aspect of this project and to bring them to a successful conclusion, on time and under the GMP to date. In Dimeo we found a partner rather than just a contractor.”
HEIDI BLACK, DIRECTOR OF HIGH SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION NEWTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS
ESSEX ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
“Dimeo has been responsive to all my requests for information and worked collaboratively to make sure that the project moved along smoothly. As the building principal, I knew that the site was safe and that any issues were dealt with immediately. I have so appreciated the efforts of all personnel associated with Dimeo to provide me with a comfort level during all phases of the project. Their staff was always available to me and willing to do what- ever it takes to keep every facet moving forward. It was a fine balancing act that they achieved. Dimeo has done an outstanding job managing a very difficult project with an incredibly tight timeline.”
JOANNE D. BEEKLEY, ED.D., PRINCIPAL ESSEX ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

“At this point in the project’s schedule, the Reed School project is ahead of schedule and it is anticipated that we will experience a highly predictable completion to the work. We have found the efforts of the entire Dimeo Construction Company team to be very professional and the efforts of Messrs. Romano, Bouwman and Wrynn to be outstanding. Their leadership in working as a cohesive team, with the architect Svigals, the City of Waterbury, the community, their subcontractors and the Program Manager should be commended. In each area critical to the successful management of this project, the Dimeo team has performed very well, staying out in front of the issues as a real partner.”
