Stay In-the-Know at Dimeo using SharePoint Sharepoint intranet is our internal communication source and document management library.

Communication covering topics ranging from project awards and milestones, safety, lunch & learn sessions, training updates, certifications (CM-Lean, CM-BIM, MA CSL, LEED AP, etc.), personnel announcements (new hires, promotions, DECF events, weddings, new baby, etc.).

Training When it comes to training and development, few AEC firms can say they invest big dollars in strategic and well thought out programs custom designed to employee needs. Dimeo Construction Company not only provides an overall commitment to employee training and development, but also goes the extra mile to develop our people with creative and innovative techniques. We often look outside the industry for expertise on specific training topics, especially “soft skills” like customer service, communication, and emotional intelligence. Technical, systems, safety and vocational training hands-on in the field take place throughout the year across various project locations. We expect our people to challenge the norm and think outside the box. Investing in such a robust professional and personal development program simply makes good business sense. Learning and development are part of the core of the company and we focus on hiring individuals committed to their own personal and professional growth. Providing opportunities for our employees to be the best construction professionals in the industry is the Dimeo difference. In addition to our training and development programs, Dimeo Construction Company offers a mentoring program for new hires and veterans to participate in as well as a tuition reimbursement plan. The quality of service that we deliver today, has a direct influence on our project opportunites of tomorrow!
