Dimeo completed construction management services for the comprehensive renovation of Brown University’s Metcalf Hall administrative science and laboratory building. An outgrowth of Brown University’s Academic Enrichment Initiative, Metcalf Hall now houses the Department of Cognitive and Linguistic Sciences, the Psychology Department, and the administrative offices of the Brain Science Program. Dimeo renovated the existing building on the campus to create dry labs, instructional and teaching labs, faculty and student offices, classrooms, conferences, and public lobby space.
