responsibilities » Maintain client and A/E relationships throughout the project cycle and beyond. » Assist in resolving most project issues and work with the senior project Manager, Project Manager, and/or Client Executive on major project issues. » Assist in the development and maintenance and be accountable for supporting the Operations Report. » Ability to coordinate, interact, and/or direct field labor, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and architects. » Support the project team through scope review meetings. » Understand and enforce each trade subcontractor’s agreement, implementing boilerplate language. » Monitor material management/deliveries per schedule and compliance with submittals. » Manage the process for MEP coordination drawings. » Monthly verification of subcontractor as-built drawings and documents. » Documenting manpower production rates by trade and addressing issues that influence schedule. » Assist the Project Manager(s) with cost management, including AIA monthly requisitions for Owner and Subcontractor, Allowances, Contingencies, Options, cost reports, cost projections, maintenance, and labor cost coding. » Coordinate weekly foremen meetings and assist in subcontractor meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes. » Obtain and record safety compliance documents from subcontractors while assisting the Site Safety Manager with coordination and compliance. » Knowledge of construction/engineering and related activities, terms, and concepts. » Ability to read specifications and documents to assist with determining construction requirements or to plan procedures utilizing proper building techniques. » Review and assist in developing all subcontractor scope outlines and support the project team through scope review meetings. » Verify existing project conditions and build into schedule, logistics, and scope. » Understand and enforce each trade subcontractor’s agreement, implementing boilerplate language. » see full job description for complete responsibilities

report hours timesheet instructions
1. Open Chrome, click timesheet button in favorites. 2. Log in with Username and Password. 3. Make sure you key in the program name TIMEPRT and the current library TIMESHEET. 4. You can hit the submit button or hit enter. The next box will ask you if you want to report your hours now. The default is Y so just hit enter. 5. Ask your Project Manager for your project number and cost code. 6. Input 8 hours into the regular house section. 7. For Vacation, sick, holiday, or personal time, key in the time code letter (V,S,H,P) into the time code section. 8. When complete click on the door icon in the upper right corner of the screen. This will end your session.
ADP system requesting time off
1. Open Chrome, click ADP button in favorites 2. Log in to ADP 3. Click the Myself tab - Time off - Request Time off 4. Click the blue request time off button 5. Fill out the date range for time off requested 6. Submit form and wait for supervisor approval
