Dimeo Construction Company recently completed the Residences at Forest Hills Station designed by ICON Architecture. Criterion Development Partners (CDP) has transformed the existing parking lot at the corner of Washington Street and the Arborway into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly, transit- oriented, mixed-use development with market-rate, affordable workforce housing and access to the Orange Line. The project is comprised of 250 units including Studio, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bedroom+, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom Units. Of the 250 units, 13 are barrier free units and 6 are Sensory Units.
