Shanley Hall // Providence, RI Size: 121,150 sf // Architect: SMMA Providence College

Named for Reverend Brian J. Shanley, PC’s 12th president, Shanley Hall opened in August 2023 as a six-story residence hall for 350 students, primarily sophomores. At 121,150 square feet, it is the largest residence hall and most prominent building on campus. It features 82 suites of double rooms with shared baths (362 beds), a communal kitchen on the main floor, study rooms, and large windows offering views of campus and the Providence skyline. The project comprises six Girder Slab system construction stories with 8” Hollow Core Planks.
