Leverett McKinlock Hall Renewal // Cambridge, MA Size: 98,450 sf // Architect: KieranTimberlake Harvard University

The LEED Gold McKinlock Hall now houses approximately 180 students and has eight apartments for adult residential advisors (tutors and a resident scholar). All areas received comprehensive renovations, including new mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems, as well as the necessary infrastructure to support these systems. New bathrooms, common space reconfiguration, upgrades, renovation, and full interior and exterior restorations were completed. New wood window sash systems were installed, and monumental window assemblies and building entrances were restored. In general, interior finishes included wood, tile, stone flooring, plaster walls & ceilings, painted wood running trim, base trim, and casings.
