Dimeo’s professionals offer a broad spectrum of experience, both within their respective areas of industry focus as well as with the organization. The Dimeo organization is structured around a full complement of technical and project management supervisory resources, totaling over 250 employees. Our Preconstruction Services Group encompasses our in-house estimating (including MEP and Civil), as well as planning, procurement, and scheduling resources. Our Finance/IT group handles the organization’s financial and information management requirements. Project management and operations encompass project executives, project managers, project engineers, BIM engineers, safety and field supervisory disciplines. We are particularly proud of the fact that our employees are among the longest tenured in the industry at 15+ years on average. any long or short-term debt and have not utilized our available line of credit over the past twenty five years. Dimeo Construction Company averages between twenty and thirty projects at any given time averaging in size from $5 million to over $200 million in value. Dimeo’s Site Specific Safety & Loss Control Program has been highly effective in maintaining safe and productive job sites, with our OSHA inspection record at a near zero citation level. Dimeo has received numerous industry recognition certificates for its safety programs including the Blue Level award from the Associated General Contractors/OSHA-sponsored CHASE (Construction Health and Safety Excellence) Partnership. Additionally, all of Dimeo’s field supervisory personnel are OSHA 30-hour certified and have participated in a region leading five project specific OSHA partnerships.
