The Campus Recreation Center, known as “The Jo,” is a new 52,000-square-foot facility replacing the existing Field House and enhancing campus life with its comprehensive recreation, wellness, and safety amenities. It features a two-court gymnasium with an elevated jogging track, multiple exercise studios, weight training rooms, and modernized locker and shower facilities. The center also houses essential offices, including Student Wellness Education, Worksite Wellness, and a dedicated 4,000-square-foot space for Public Safety, establishing it as the primary location for campus police and security. Designed for students, faculty, and staff, “The Jo” is a central hub for fitness, wellness, and community safety.
